• Experience leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technologists alongside product, design, and other disciplines.
• Design new product iterations and architect decisions at scale.
• Act as a technical evangelist and coach junior engineers.
• Advocate automated testing, TDD/BDD, and continuous improvement.
• Build resilient, secure Android code and optimize performance.
• Drive deployment pipelines and testing automation.
• Share knowledge through code reviews and mentoring.
• Collaborate across mobile squads to deliver high-quality products.
