Job summary

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Midwife to join Gloucestershire Royal Hospital as Deputy Ward Manager on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Qualifications

• Active NMC registration as a Midwife.
• Current Band 6 or above experience in maternity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ward operations and staffing on the maternity ward.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of practice.
• Provide leadership and support to junior staff and students.
