InterContinental London - The O2 is seeking a Team Leader for its Meeting & Events operation. You will provide direction and guidance to the M&E Team, uphold high standards of service, and report any issues to the M&E Services Manager; in their absence, the Assistant M&E Operations Manager.

In a fast-paced, five-star environment on the Greenwich Peninsula, you will motivate staff, manage performance, multi-task under pressure, and ensure flawless events from planning to execution.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the team and manager on duty.
• Anticipate guest dissatisfaction and take action to avoid complaints.
• Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.
• Provides encouragement to team members.
• Answers team member questions and oversees work for quality and guidelines.
• Communicates deadlines and objectives to team members.
• Generates and shares team performance and deadlines.
• Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally.
• Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
