Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader for Ellesmere Port in a days-based 8-4 role. You will lead a mechanical maintenance team in a manufacturing environment, delivering planned, preventative and corrective maintenance and driving safety, reliability and continuous improvement.

The role includes managing CMMS entries, stores and spares, and coordinating contractors to complete work safely within scope and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Trade-based apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
• Mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial settings.
• Experience leading a team and supervising contractors.
• Motivated to develop knowledge of renewable energy with provided training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering planned, preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance.
• Manage maintenance activity through the CMMS with accurate historical records.
• Oversee stores and spares processes and drive cost-saving improvements.
• Coordinate contractors during shutdowns, outages and call-outs.
