Job summary

Solenis is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians at our Low Moor site near Bradford. In a COMAH manufacturing environment you’ll plan and execute preventive, reactive and shutdown maintenance to keep the plant safe and reliable.

You will manage contractors, maintain records in SAP/CMMS, and collaborate with Operations, EC&I, Planning, Reliability and EHS to drive safety, reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technicians in a chemical/process/manufacturing setting.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities to improve reliability.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise preventative, reactive and shutdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and supervise a team of Mechanical Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate planned, preventive, reactive and corrective maintenance to keep the plant running safely.
• Support site shutdowns, coordinating internal teams, contractors and materials.
• Manage mechanical contractors and ensure work is safe and up to standard.
• Maintain maintenance records in SAP/CMMS and collaborate with Operations, EC&I, Planning, Reliability and EHS.
