The successful candidate will drive CapEx projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver planned maintenance to optimize plant performance. Candidates must have a recognized engineering qualification and proven leadership skills. Qualifications

• Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (Mechanical Bias or Multi-skilled) – NVQ/BTEC equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills necessary.
• Proven leadership and team management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to maximise plant availability and performance.
• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the factory.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve OEE and waste reduction.
