The position offers a salary of £37,000 - £42,000 with training, progression, and an annual bonus, plus overtime options and a days-based shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mechanical Assembler / Fitter aiming for a lead role.
• Willing to commute to Milton Keynes workshop.
• Ability to supervise a small team plus coordinate daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small but growing team of engineers
• Coordinate the day and assign tasks to your team
• Building bespoke X-ray cabinets and equipment
• Mon-Fri (8am-4pm) with optional overtime at 1.5x (Sunday 2x)
