Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Lead Mechanical Assembly Technician in Milton Keynes to supervise a small team and oversee the build of bespoke X-ray equipment. You will coordinate daily tasks, ensure builds meet design specs, and liaise with internal departments to deliver projects on time.

The role offers training, progression, an annual bonus, overtime, and a days-based schedule. Experience in manufacturing and a lead role within a mechanical assembly environment are preferred.

• Experience as Mechanical Technician with manufacturing background.
