ESNEFT is seeking an experienced Midwife to join our Maternity Triage team, working full time across Colchester and Ipswich Hospital sites. This leadership role focuses on clinical excellence, service development and improving the experience of women and birthing people accessing maternity services.

You will provide visible clinical leadership, drive standards, patient flow and quality improvement, and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in maternity care preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in QA and service development preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible clinical leadership to Maternity Triage teams across Colchester and Ipswich Hospital sites.
• Drive clinical standards, patient flow, risk management and quality improvement.
• Develop and evaluate programmes of care; support staff development and workforce planning.
• Liaise with partner agencies to ensure safe staffing and high-quality care.
