Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking a Master Technician for a busy Solihull dealership workshop. You will lead on complex diagnostics, support the workshop team and maximise earning potential through an uncapped bonus and overtime.

The role offers a basic salary up to £45,000 with realistic earnings of £55,000+ OTE, plus ongoing manufacturer training and development. A strong technical background and leadership capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior level diagnostic capability and repair skills required.
• Experience in a main dealership or high-volume workshop preferred.
• Mot tester licence is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on advanced diagnostics and complex fault finding.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical vehicle faults.
• Carry out high-level repairs to manufacturer standards.
