The Role: Lead Marketing Compliance Manager (12-month FTC)
The Marketing Compliance team safeguards and delivers regulatory approvals for financial promotions and marketing communications. They approve communications and provide regulatory advice for projects, including promotional campaigns across all channels aimed at multiple audiences. The team's primary goal is to ensure marketing communications are compliant and promote good customer outcomes.
The Lead Marketing Compliance Manager, with deep knowledge of marketing regulatory compliance in a digital environment, will ensure marketing materials meet compliance standards, provide technical and tactical guidance, and support the implementation of the marketing compliance control framework within the first line of defense. The role involves instilling regulatory confidence and capability, contributing to a robust customer and risk culture.
Location – UK. The role reports to the Lead Marketing Compliance Manager.
