Overview of the Role

A leading private markets firm is seeking a Managing Director for the London Compliance team. The firm has various business lines but is best known for private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and renewables. The role will oversee the UK team and support regions including EMEA & APAC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide regulatory advice across UK, EMEA & APAC operations.
2. Lead compliance support for the setup of new regulated activities, including public-side portfolio management in the UK.
3. Ensure implementation and regular review of compliance policies and procedures across the UK, coordinating with international compliance teams.
4. Assist in day-to-day compliance responsibilities, including monitoring, distribution compliance, financial crime, and investment compliance.
5. Deliver compliance training to various stakeholders.
