Job Description:

The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is a global leader in dance education and training. Our mission is to inspire the world to dance. We are looking for a brilliant marketer with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing directly connects to revenue.

As a Lead Marketing Campaign Executive, you will be:

  1. Experienced in planning and managing integrated marketing plans across all areas of the marketing mix.
  2. Capable of measuring and reporting on results against targets; optimizing plans and testing, measuring, learning to find new approaches.
  3. Able to manage and update budgets, monitoring spend alongside campaign effectiveness/ROI.
  4. A proactive, flexible team player who can work under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently promote ideas and influence peers. You have a can-do attitude and work well with others.
  5. Creative in devising new ideas or methods of working, and able to bring campaigns to life visually with support from team members.
