The opportunity

The Marketing Manager | Head of Marketing will be part of the Product and Marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing the company's overall communications strategy to engage customers and partners effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating actively in the payments ecosystem through events, campaigns, and collateral.
  • Leading a high-performing marketing team managing CRM, digital, social, and website activities.
  • Communicating product and service benefits clearly to customers.

You will report to: Products and Marketing Director.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies with clear KPIs.
  • Creating detailed action plans and managing marketing projects.
  • Partnering with introducers and scheme partners for impactful events and programs.
  • Supporting sales with collateral and participating in meetings and tradeshows.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to produce effective marketing materials and digital content.
  • Managing a small internal team and overseeing budgets.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and supporting PR and social media efforts.
  • Setting and monitoring brand engagement KPIs and conducting market research.

Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially digital, social, PR, and events.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience promoting digital services, mobile apps, and online platforms.
  • Background in Fintech or Payments industries, especially with software or sales organizations.
  • Modern approach to creating presentations and marketing collateral.
