Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Principal Consultant, Pricing & Market Access to lead a team delivering strategic market access and commercialization solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will guide engagements across pricing, reimbursement, HTA, and value communications, building trusted relationships with clients and expanding Parexel Access Consulting’s brand.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Pricing & Market Access experience in a consulting environment.
• 3+ years project management experience in pricing & market access and/or HTA and literature review projects with the ability to control projects from proposal through to delivery with successful client outcomes.
• Recognised as a trusted advisor within the market access and healthcare community, with the ability to translate industry relationships, market insight, and professional credibility into long-term client value and sustainable business growth.
• A strong track-record of timely and high-quality project delivery, with demonstrable experience in producing client-ready deliverables that clearly show an understanding of client requirements.
• Experience in EU and/or US market access environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership on market access, payer pricing, policy, and reimbursement challenges for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Lead proposals, manage client relationships, and drive new opportunities while delivering high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Parexel teams to develop integrated market access solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Mentor consultants and senior consultants to strengthen strategic thinking, project delivery, and client engagement.
