Marc Daniels is recruiting a Senior Accounting Manager to lead a sizeable multi-site accounting team. You will own management accounts, provide operational insight and ensure tight balance sheet governance across sites and entities.

You will drive month-end efficiency, cost control and margin analysis, while partnering with Operations and Supply Chain to reflect true performance. This is a strategic role with strong influence on finance transformation and process improvements.

• Lead, coach and develop a large Accounting team with clear progression.
• Deliver accurate management accounts with P&L ownership and variance analysis.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and aging reviews.
• Oversee cost control, margin analysis and stock/inventory KPIs.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial Finance to reflect operating reality.
• Support fast, accurate month-end close and drive process improvements.
• Drive automation and system enhancements across management accounting.
• Contribute to finance transformation and scalable standards.
