Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a UK-leading FMCG company based in Kettering. The role focuses on maintaining production equipment and ensuring high uptime on a modern manufacturing site.

You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, with a 4 on 4 off days/nights shift pattern, and there is excellent training and clear progression paths within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship completed or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong electrical maintenance background.
• Willing to work 4 on 4 off days/nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Minimise downtime by proactive maintenance and inspections.
• Work a 4 on 4 off schedule (days/nights).
