A Northamptonshire-based manufacturing company is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to enhance their in-house maintenance team. This role involves ensuring machine efficiency, leading maintenance efforts, and managing projects related to machinery upgrades. Jenrick are working exclusively with a Northamptonshire-based manufacturing company to recruit a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join their growing in-house team.
Working within this 24/7 production environment and reporting to the Production Director, your role will involve:
We are keen to find someone who is used to developing procedures and taking a business on a journey towards a more pre-planned approach to maintenance, condition monitoring, and understand, analyse and interpret sensor data from the machines.
Working hours Mon-Fri (some flexibility over start-finish times) and also join the callout rota to deal with breakdowns, so a full driving licence and availability to come into their Kettering site on rare occasions is required.
