Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds 1 & 2, 2357 and AM2.
• City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE Regulations knowledge essential.
• Experience with electrical plant related building services PPMs per SFG20.
• Multiskilled with strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to liaise with clients and service partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish good working relationships with the client Facilities Management Team.
• Monitor building performance and energy consumption, using the Building Management System.
• Support proactive maintenance and deliver reactive repairs to electrical/HVAC plant.
• Prepare and maintain shift handover reports and documentation.
• Escalate issues through established channels and ensure KPI/SLAs are met.
• Deliver high standards of client service and professional communication.
