Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator for a remote UK-wide role with occasional visits to the Derbyshire office. You will own end-to-end estimating for LV switchgear, main switchboards, and power distribution systems, aligning with client specs and drawings to produce accurate tenders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Electrical Estimator in switchgear, switchboards, or control panel manufacturing.
• Strong ability to price from complex electrical drawings and client specs.
• Familiarity with UK/European manufacturing standards, BS EN 61439.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end estimating for high-value LV switchgear and distribution boards across the UK.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and production to resolve pre-order technical queries.
• Ensure compliance with BS EN 61439 and ISO9001 quality systems in all tenders.
