Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a bespoke luxury residential development in Basingstoke. You will be on-site, coordinating construction activities and managing subcontractors to deliver a high-end home built to exacting standards.

You will act as the primary client contact, monitor programme progress, control costs, and ensure exceptional finishes and customer satisfaction, joining an award-winning contractor with a strong pipeline of prestige projects.

• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a luxury bespoke residential project from start to finish
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the build process
• Monitor programme performance and drive project progress
• Manage project costs, reporting and site administration
• Maintain excellent communication with all project stakeholders
• Ensure exceptional levels of finish and customer satisfaction
