Sphere Solutions seeks an experienced Lead Project Manager to lead a high-profile 2-year residential development in Dorchester, overseeing delivery from construction through to handover.

You will manage a Senior Site Manager, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while maintaining client relationships and budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager or Lead Project Manager on residential construction projects.
• Experience delivering new build housing, apartments or mixed residential developments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing Site Managers or Senior Site Managers.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of a large-scale residential housing development.
• Managing and supporting an experienced Senior Site Manager.
• Overseeing programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and local authorities.
• Driving programme milestones and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Identifying and managing project risks and resolving issues proactively.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of customer satisfaction and build quality.
