A respected national residential developer is seeking a Site/Senior Site Manager to oversee luxury residential developments in Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. The role requires experience in traditional build schemes and managing projects from inception to completion. Ideal candidates should possess relevant qualifications and certifications. Qualifications

• Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes.
• Experience in RC Frame would be a bonus.
• Experience from inception through to completion.
• Valid CSCS Black Card (Desirable).
• SMSTS, first aid and a member of CIOB is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Add to the growing team as a Site/Senior Site Manager.
• Oversee residential developments in the Bucks and Bedfordshire areas.
• Manage luxury apartments and townhouses from inception to completion.

Skills

Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes

Experience in RC Frame

Experience from inception through to completion

Valid CSCS Black Card

SMSTS certification

First aid certification

Membership of CIOB
