Compare The Market Limited seeks a Senior Manager – Search & LLM Discovery to lead its organic growth strategy across SEO and AI-powered discovery environments. The role sits at the heart of Growth, shaping how customers discover information through traditional search and generative AI platforms.

You will translate AI and search insights into strategic plans, partnering with SEO, Brand, Content and Product teams to maximise visibility and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in SEO, digital performance, growth strategy or a related discipline, with experience delivering measurable commercial impact.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy and data analysis to drive decision making.
• Ability to translate AI and search insights into compelling strategies and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the LLM Discovery and Optimisation strategy across SEO and AI-driven discovery platforms.
• Act as the organisation's authority on generative AI discovery and monitor trends for actionable direction.
• Lead measurement, reporting and experimentation linking AI visibility to business outcomes.
• Partner with SEO, Paid Media, PR, Content, Product and Brand teams to embed AI insights into planning and growth initiatives.
• Define signals for inclusion in generative AI responses and establish governance and best practices.
