Job summary

Sky Sports Production is seeking a seasoned Production Coordinator to support content delivery across platforms. You will handle planning, bookings, accreditation, travel arrangements and budgeting to ensure seamless operations for live broadcasts.

You will manage facility and staff bookings, source travel and accommodations, and process contracts and invoices. The role also involves onboarding junior coordinators and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Production Coordinator in a live sports environment.
• Experience with OB planning and on-site production.
• Experience handling day-to-day finances including POs and invoices.
• Ability to lead and train less experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan events, bookings, accreditation, planning documents and travel sheets, and budgeting.
• Manage bookings of facilities, locations and staff for content production using planning tools.
• Source and book travel and accommodation for personnel including visas and ground transport.
• Raise contracts, process invoices and expenses and resolve payment delays.
• Provide support and training to new or less experienced Production Coordinators.
• Review department processes to improve efficiency and lead ad hoc projects.
