Job summary

Sky, a leading media and entertainment company, is seeking a Production Coordinator for Sky Sports Production. This role supports content delivery across platforms, including outside broadcasts in the UK and worldwide, with responsibilities spanning event planning, bookings, budgeting, and travel arrangements.

You will work within a production team, coordinating facilities, staff, and contracts while ensuring timely payments and compliance.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Production Coordinator in a live sports environment, including OB planning and onsite experience.
• Proven experience working with high-profile on-screen guests whilst maintaining professional standards and discretion.
• Competence with handling day to day finances including raising POs, processing invoices and resolving issues.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm to lead and develop less experienced colleagues and share knowledge.
• Desirable: ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team, delivering accurate results quickly; prioritising deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bookings of facilities, locations and staff for content production using demand & supply planning tools.
• Source and book all travel and accommodation for personnel including flights, hotels, visas and ground transportation, including proactive long-term planning.
• Raise contracts, process invoices and expenses and resolve payment delays, ensuring suppliers and freelancers are paid on time.
• Provide support and training to new or less experienced Production Coordinators.
• Continuously review department processes to improve efficiency and take the lead on ad hoc projects.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm to lead and develop less experienced colleagues and share knowledge.

How you'll work

We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week. This role may include occasional weekend, evening and bank holiday work.

Your office base

This role is primarily based in Osterley, with occasional on site production requirements. The office required attendance is 3 days a week.
