Qualifications

• Experience in lightning protection or related earthing discipline.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Field-based engineering, testing or inspection experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out survey, installation, testing, inspection and maintenance of height safety systems.
• Lead on-site projects, ensuring safety and high-quality work.
• Mentor engineers and operatives, developing technical skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Ensure health and safety compliance through risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Support pre-tender surveys with technical input and recommendations.
• Produce inspection and testing reports clearly identifying defects and actions.
