Job summary

ORONA is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead on-site lift installation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and high quality. You will supervise installation teams, provide training, and ensure compliance with procedures.

As a hands-on leader, you will conduct toolbox talks, monitor progress, and report to management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of installation teams on lift or similar heavy equipment projects.
• Strong emphasis on Health & Safety compliance and risk management.
• Ability to train, mentor and develop field staff to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site lift installation activities to ensure on-time completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct on-site inductions and toolbox talks; provide training as needed.
• Perform regular quality checks (mechanical & electrical) and report issues to client and project management.
• Coordinate with management, client and installation teams to track progress and resolve on-site challenges.
• Foster a safe, compliant, and high-performance work environment for installation crews.
