Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington is seeking an experienced Assistant Lettings Branch Manager to lead our busy Islington office, motivate a talented lettings team, win new business and build lasting landlord and tenant relationships.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, manage viewings, negotiations and compliance, and drive KPI performance while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience leading others in a professional environment.
• Proven track record delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage tasks.
• Good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills with basic Microsoft packages.
• Attention to detail and compliance awareness in lettings.
• Understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess/price properties for the market.
• Help teams achieve KPIs and support colleagues.
• Assist the manager in their absence and ensure smooth operations.
• Generate new and repeat business and canvass the local area.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
