Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington is hiring an Assistant Lettings Branch Manager to lead a high-performing lettings team. You will drive branch success, win new business, and build lasting landlord and tenant relationships in a fast-paced London lettings market.

You will be responsible for securing new tenancies, coordinating viewings, and ensuring properties meet safety standards while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle)
• Proven leadership in a lettings/estate agency environment
• Strong customer-facing skills and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good IT and CRM/system literacy

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange viewings
• Negotiate offers and secure new tenancies
• Market properties to tenants and manage marketing activities
• Build and maintain landlord/tenant relationships
• Assess property valuations and market positioning
• Help teams achieve KPIs and support in managers absence
• Generate new and repeat business and canvass local area
• Ensure properties meet health and safety and regulatory standards
