• Maintain equipment and support pre-event preparation.

We’re supporting a major international live events partner to hire four LED / Video Technicians to join their growing delivery team. This organisation delivers large-scale broadcast and event technology across some of the world’s most prestigious sporting events, including Formula 1, Formula E, Liv Golf and SailGP. Their projects run on long-term multi-year contracts, offering stability with world-wide exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, rig and de-rig large LED walls and event display systems
• Program and configure LED screens and video processors (e.g., NovaStar, Brompton, or similar)
• Manage power distribution and ratio calculations for large screen systems
• Install and troubleshoot signal routing, cabling and video distribution
• Work closely with production, engineering and operations teams on‑site
• Ensure high‑quality deployment under tight live‑event timelines
• Maintain equipment and support pre‑event prep at UK bases when required

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands‑on experience with LED displays, video walls or large‑scale AV
• Strong technical understanding of system wiring, power, rigging and screen processing
• Comfortable working at height, with heavy kit, and in high‑pressure live environments
• Ability to travel globally for extended periods
• A proactive, calm, and problem‑solving mindset
