Bigabox Productions Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to own events from enquiry through completion, ensuring safety, efficiency and top technical standards. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, warehouse and operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires hands-on involvement in planning and technical detail, with experience in LED video, live events, exhibitions, and corporate projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical event production.
• Ability to manage budgets and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple live event and installation projects from enquiry to completion.
• Produce technical specifications and equipment schedules.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Plan crew, logistics and transport for events.
• Prepare quotations, budgets and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings.
• Lead project delivery while monitoring profitability.
• Ensure health & safety compliance on-site.
• Support warehouse and operations teams as needed.
• Maintain clear communication throughout projects.
