Job summary

Premier Inn in Stirling is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader. You will run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders, lead busy services, and uphold audit-ready standards. This hands-on leadership role prepares you to grow toward Head Chef, with 30 hours per week and a pay rate of up to £14.31 per hour in Stirling.

Work closely with the Hotel Manager to own the kitchen—from food quality to hygiene—and build a real career in the UK’s leading hospitality business, Whitbread.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a hotel/restaurant setting.
• Ability to manage rotas and food orders.
• Strong focus on hygiene and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and keeping food costs on track for the hotel.
• Take the lead during service - organising the team and managing workflow.
• Prepare, cook, and serve our menu to spec - from Premier Inn breakfasts to pub classics.
• Ensure the kitchen meets health, safety and hygiene standards and keep records up to date.
• Step up when needed - running shifts and helping new team members settle in.
