Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting in Stirling South for a Kitchen Team Leader. You will run the kitchen day to day — managing rotas, placing food orders, and leading the team through busy services with audit-ready standards.

You'll work closely with the Hotel Manager to own the kitchen, drive food quality and hygiene, and develop skills toward Head Chef roles within the UK's leading hospitality company.

• Committed to hygiene and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and food cost management for the hotel.
• Lead during service, organise the team and manage workflow.
• Prepare, cook and serve menu to spec from breakfasts to pub classics.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards and train the team.
• Step up to run shifts and mentor new team members.

Join our team at Premier Inn in Stirling South as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You'll run the kitchen day to day - managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen - from food quality to hygiene. It's a hands-on leadership role that's perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.
