Job summary

Away-Resorts at Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire, is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead and inspire a busy kitchen team. You will drive standards, deliver fast, quality service, and maintain a positive, collaborative environment on long shifts.

You will manage stock, ordering, specs and stock takes, and assist the Kitchen Manager with training and recruitment while ensuring compliant practices and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high standards in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and ability to manage busy shifts and coordinate with the team.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Attaining and implementing standards
• Ensure consistency of quality of dishes before they reach the customer
• Stock management – ordering, specs and stock takes
• Assist the Kitchen Manager in team training and recruitment
• Rota writing and onboarding
• Implementation of all legislative measures and administration required by current Food Hygiene and Licensing (as applicable) and collaboration across the team.
