Greene King pubs are seeking a proactive Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and deliver exceptional dishes. You will motivate and support your team to work together, ensuring every plate meets the highest standards.

You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain food hygiene and safety, and develop your team to reach targets while delivering consistent, high-quality meals for guests across our community pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen and developing a high-performing team.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the team to deliver high-quality meals on time.
• Strong hygiene and safety knowledge to meet regulatory standards.
• Excellent English speaking and writing to perform the role safely.
