JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Leader to join the Asset & Wealth Management Risk Technology group as a Lead Software Engineer. You will design, develop and evolve a business-critical risk analytics and reporting platform used by Risk managers and senior leadership across the firm.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and modern application development frameworks.
• Deep experience building modern UIs using ReactJS and micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience with high-volume data processing, analytics or reporting platforms.
• Proven ability delivering large-scale distributed applications in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, API integration.
• Experience with AWS, containers and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and resiliency practices.
• Experience leading technical delivery across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for a large-scale risk analytics and reporting platform.
• Define and govern frontend architecture, including micro-frontend strategies and modular deployment patterns.
• Partner with Risk, Product and Data stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable technology solutions.
• Drive platform reliability, observability and operational excellence.
• Lead integration across multiple internal platforms, services and data sources.
• Evaluate and implement AI/ML capabilities to improve analytics and automation.
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and resilience standards.
