Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Lead Java Developer for a 6 to 12 month contract on a hybrid basis inside IR35 for a major public-sector digital programme. The role leads technical delivery, shapes engineering standards and mentors engineers while collaborating with architects and wider teams to design scalable services.

Security clearance eligibility (SC) is required. You will work closely with product owners and delivery leads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and adherence to public-sector
