FX Market Disruptor FinTech, continuing a long-term partnership, seeks an experienced Senior/Lead Java Developer in London who will stay hands-on while guiding a growing team.

You will build and mentor in a low-latency, multi-threaded Java environment, delivering microservices in the cloud (GCP/AWS) with Kubernetes and driving product-led architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Java, multithreading, and low-latency systems.
• Experience in financial/trading domains preferred.
• Strong leadership: mentoring, code reviews, and pairing.

They are looking for the following experience in Senior Java Developers:

• Multithreading, concurrency, low latency
• Working in the financial sector e.g. FX, trading
• Building microservices in the cloud (GCP, AWS) with Kubernetes
• Product-led development – architecting, building and delivering
• Technical leadership: architectural decisions, mentoring, code reviews, pairing
