NPAworldwide in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead for a live Central Government project. You will remain hands-on while guiding teams, designing architectures and delivering bespoke software in an Agile environment.

You will lead a small team, build full-stack solutions with Java, JavaScript, React and TypeScript, deploy AWS-based services, and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.

Are you an experienced Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead who enjoys remaining hands-on while guiding teams and shaping technical solutions?

A leading specialist technical consultancy is looking for a Software Technical Lead to join a live Central Government project. You will work within a collaborative Agile team, building bespoke software that solves complex operational challenges.

What youll be doing

• Leading and supporting a team of software engineers
• Designing, developing and testing bespoke software solutions
• Providing technical direction and communicating clearly with clients
• Producing solution architectures and technical designs
• Building full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, React and TypeScript
• Designing and deploying cloud-based solutions, primarily using AWS
• Creating continuous integration pipelines using tools such as GitLab
• Working across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through to delivery, support and maintenance

Qualifications
