Qualifications

• Experience across the full SDLC including design, development, testing and operations.
• Proficient in developing, debugging and maintaining code with modern languages and querying.
• Strong server-side experience with Java/SpringBoot.
• Cloud experience (AWS) with integration tech (GraphQL/REST) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, resilience and security practices.
• Experience designing and leading agentic AI-enabled development with guardrails and auditability.
• Understanding of responsible AI use and governance in engineering workflows.

• Break down complex problems into technical specs for the team.
• Lead and participate in technical meetings to shape product and architecture.
• Architect AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery and quality at scale.
• Design and implement secure, high-quality Java solutions and review code end-to-end.
