Job summary

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Experience delivering system design, app development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language.
Experience guiding AI-assisted development practices and code reviews.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use and security in engineering.
Full SDLC knowledge and agile practices like CI/CD.
Deep knowledge of financial services IT systems.
Hands-on cloud-native experience.

Responsibilities

Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches.
Develop secure, high-quality production code and review code written by others.
Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and operations, with secure validation standards.
Apply knowledge of SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation value.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring remediation and improve stability of software applications.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to probe architectural designs and technical choices.
