Job summary

IPC International, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager (Systems & Applications) to lead the evolution, security, and optimization of our digital workplace environment. You will drive the roadmap for workplace technologies, champion cybersecurity, and ensure secure, valuable digital services across the organisation.

You will define strategy, lead partnerships, and deliver improvements to colleague experience while enabling growth and innovation globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience leading IT/digital workplace teams.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and incident response.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Be the digital workplace technical expert for designated products and services.
• Define and maintain cyber policy, standards and procedures.
• Drive the roadmap for workplace technologies and security enhancements.
• Ensure secure deployment and operation of IPCI technology services.
• Manage cyber incidents with minimal impact and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster a cyber-aware culture across IPCI and partners.
• Establish and maintain the digital workplace service management framework.
• Oversee onboarding of new product capabilities and partner execution.
• Champion digital programmes for large-scale changes to digital workplace tech.
