Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc in the UK seeks a Lead Systems Engineer - ISR & Sensors to own the architecture, design, deployment and commissioning of ISR sensor solutions across coastal towers, vessels, UAVs and aircraft.

You will lead other engineers, ensure compliance with maritime standards, provide guidance on installation, integration and testing, and travel internationally to support customer projects on a 24/7 basis where required.

Qualifications

• Lead design authority for maritime sensor and RF system integrations.
• Ensure compliance with IALA, SOLAS, IMO and related standards.
• Translate technical findings into architectural decisions and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Own high-level design and architecture for ISR sensor deployments.
• Lead installation, integration, testing and performance assessment.
• Provide guidance to engineers on RF, platform and sensor-system integration.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers and field teams across regions.
