CloudPay is hiring an experienced Development Manager to lead the Integrations Team in the UK. You will oversee design, development, and maintenance of critical integration solutions interfacing with client and partner systems.

You must reside in the UK with eligibility to work; the company will not sponsor a work visa. Role covers SDLC ownership, best-practice adoption, and ensuring scalable, secure data flows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in software development with integrations/APIs.
• 2+ years in leadership or management.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP, EDI).
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
• Oversee lifecycle of integration projects from design to deployment.
• Define technical specs, scopes, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Promote best practices: code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, docs.
