High Finance (UK) Limited T/A HFG is seeking a Lead Business Analyst / Solutions Architect to join its Application Delivery team in the UK. The role focuses on large commercial lines and multinational insurance programs, driving architecture that supports scalability and strong connectivity.

The successful candidate will guide change initiatives, embed security and governance into designs, champion AI adoption, and challenge vendor outputs to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance programs and large commercial lines.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• Experience guiding architecture across multi-system landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Guide business-unit wide change initiatives, ensuring architecture decisions align with business objectives and scalability.
• Architect integrations to enable connectivity across the organisation's systems.
• Embed security, governance, architecture governance, design authority, and technical assurance into project planning, solution design, and implementation.
• Drive the adoption of AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies in line with architecture standards, governance models, and long-term business strategy.
• Challenge vendor proposals and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
• Develop business cases for projects and change requests, evaluating options against cost, timescales, benefits, and quality criteria.
