Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Instructor located in London. The Lead Instructor will be responsible for overseeing and conducting adaptive snowsport lessons, managing a team of instructors and volunteers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training. The role involves helping to develop and implement training programs, assessing individual needs of participants, providing support and mentorship to instructors, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. The Lead Instructor will also help maintain equipment, and liaise with participants and their families.
