We are now looking for a Lead Instructor

to own all things Reformer Pilates and become a familiar face in and out of the studio, within the club, working alongside the Group Exercise Manager as an ambassador of our market-leading Group Exercise programme.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Deliver energetic and engaging Reformer Pilates classes, predominantly based in Richmond.
2. Work 32 hours per week, including 20 hours of teaching and 12 hours of business-related duties.
3. Participate in wider group projects, recruitment, training, and development of brand standards.
4. Support the launch of Reformer Pilates at Third Space.
5. Act as an ambassador for the brand, representing Third Space at events, on social media, and through staff classes.
6. Contribute to creating energy and enthusiasm around the group exercise offerings.
7. Ensure meticulous care in class preparation and delivery to provide members with a perfect experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully-qualified to teach equipment and mat Pilates.
• Inspirational, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
• Strong showmanship and personality to enhance class delivery and wider projects.
• Ability to inspire and energize members and staff alike.
