Job Opportunity: Lead Instructor

We are seeking a Lead Instructor to oversee all aspects of Reformer Pilates. This role involves becoming a familiar face both in and out of the studio, within the club, and working alongside the Group Exercise Manager as an ambassador of our market-leading Group Exercise programme.

Our Lead Instructors are the heart of the studio, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and charisma to their classes and beyond—participating in projects, recruitment, training, developing brand standards, and managing our signature concepts. The successful candidate will work within the club, collaborating with the Group Exercise Manager and Master Trainer to launch Reformer Pilates at Third Space. Candidates must be fully qualified to teach both equipment and mat Pilates.

This position is based on 32 hours per week, including 20 hours of teaching primarily mat and equipment Pilates classes at Moorgate, and 12 hours dedicated to business-related duties, with opportunities to teach other concepts.
