Job summary

Sureserve Group in Liverpool is seeking an experienced leader to drive domestic gas installation programmes, including boiler replacements and heating upgrades. You’ll ensure timely, on-budget delivery with full regulatory compliance and quality standards.

You will manage contractors, oversee operations, and motivate a team of engineers to deliver high customer service and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Must have CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Experience managing gas installation programmes in social housing/local authority/regulatory environments (essential).
• Strong knowledge of gas safety legislation, compliance and best practice.
• Experience managing contractors and budgets.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of installation programmes with contractors, ops teams and residents.
• Monitor compliance, contractor performance and ensure first-class service.
• Lead a team of installation engineers, supervisors and contractors with clear direction and coaching.
• Use performance data to continuously improve service delivery while maintaining compliance.
